Terms & Conditions

1. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless stated otherwise.
  • Pricing may vary if scope of work changes or unforeseen site conditions occur.

2. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit of 30% is required to secure materials and confirm bookings.
  • Balance is payable upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, EFT, or other agreed methods.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before scheduled work may result in loss of deposit.
  • SMLC Installations Pty Ltd reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, supply delays, or safety concerns.

4. Supply & Installation

  • All installations are carried out to Australian Standards (AS1288) and WA Building Codes.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring site access, power, and safety clearances.

5. Warranty

  • A 12-month workmanship warranty applies to all installations.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied glass and frames.
  • Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Liability

  • SMLC Installations Pty Ltd holds Public Liability Insurance up to $20M.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages once products are installed and accepted.

7. Ownership of Goods

All materials remain the property of SMLC Installations Pty Ltd until full payment is received.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
